What is a Diagnostic Fee?
A diagnostic fee is for one of our technicians to come out and find out exactly what is wrong, why it happened, and what it will take to repair. Even if it takes two hours to find!
What if I already know what is wrong?
Many clients think they know exactly what is wrong, but with so many moving parts, plus dangerous high voltage, there is usually several other factors.
Will the diagnostic fee be waived with a repair?
The reality is, replacing a part is much easier than finding out what went wrong. It takes many years of schooling and ongoing training to be a great technician; therefore, the diagnostic fee, or service call, cannot be waived.
